Welcome to BLS Test Center. For over 11 years BLS Test Center has provided world class training using techniques developed by Dr. Gordon A. Ewy and Dr. Karl B. Kern at the Sarver Heart Center. Our courses offer 2.5 PDU Professional Development Course Credit. The average time for an Emergency Medical Services unit to arrive on scene in Orkney Springs is 8 to 14 minutes. The total cost is a one time fee of $24.99 for the CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate and $34.99 for the BLS Healthcare Provider Certificate.
