Welcome to BLS Test Center. For over 11 years BLS Test Center has provided world-class training with techniques developed by Dr. Gordon A. Ewy and Dr. Karl B. Kern at the Sarver Heart Center. The total cost is a one time fee of $24.99 for the CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate and $34.99 for the BLS Healthcare Provider Certificate.
