Fast-Track CPR Re-Certification and Renewal

Fast-Track Re-Certification and Renewal is available only to qualified individuals. To be approved all of the following statements must be true.

• My certificate is currently valid or has expired less than 6 months ago.
• My current certificate is in good standing and has not been revoked or suspended.
• I fully understand the current ILCOR and AHA guidelines for CPR, AED, and First Aid.
• My employer or professional license requires that I maintain CPR certification.
• I have not been found guilty of medical negligence or malpractice in the last 5 years.
• I have not been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude including DUI/DWI, drugs or weapons charges.
