A Florida deputy is being hailed a hero for her life-saving sprint. Deena Biland ran down a high school track to rescue a student who collapsed during practice. The school's track coach, Lauren Palek, started compressions before the deputy arrived. After Biland took over, the 17-year-old student started to breathe again. The teenager was taken to a Florida hospital. Within 24 hours, he was back on his feet.
