Rookie Cop Saves 3-Year-Old Who Stopped Breathing. A rookie Ohio police officer is being hailed a hero after saving a 3-year-old's life. Dramatic police bodycam shows Officer Soren Osicka desperately trying to revive a little girl who stopped breathing. The 23-year-old cop gave the girl chest compressions. Finally, she showed signs of life. An ambulance arrived and Officer Osicka handed over the just-revived child.
